You can delete a Steam account from your personal computer, however.
- Click on Start in the lower left corner of your computer screen.
- Move the mouse up to Control Panel and click twice.
- Go to Programs and click twice.
- Select Uninstall a Program.
- Find Steam and click on the name once.
- Click Uninstall and wait for the uninstall to complete.
- You may be asked to restart your computer at this time.
